Grown exclusively in the mineral-rich sandstone soil of the Cederberg valley, our rooibos thrives on winter rain and high-altitude summer sun. After harvest, the needle-like leaves are bruised and aerated under open skies to ferment into their deep russet hue, releasing natural notes of warm honeycomb, dry wood, and sweet nectar.
